Who created the Oil City Warehouse Mall? 

The owners, Donald and Lana Sharp started out with a clothing and accessory consignment shop in Franklin called "Twice Is Nice" as well as an estate furniture store in Oil City called "The Helping Hand" before opening the Warehouse Mall in October of 1995.
